Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for a period of 30 days from the order date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if applicable).
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Products and systems manufactured to customer’s specific specifications are not returnable.
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, as every order and circumstance is different. To initiate a return, please call 702-643-6777 or via our Contact Us form and provide the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) requested to return
- The reason for the return
After a case is opened, returns must then be shipped to the following address with self-provided postage:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
While a refund is typically available within hours of processing, it could take up to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement.
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account again.

Exchanges
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please call 702-643-6777 or via our Contact Us form with the details.
