THREE-YEAR NO HASSLE WARRANTY: EZ Flate stands by the quality and durability of their products. EZ Flate is pleased to offer a comprehensive three-year, no hassle warranty on all their products. They will either fix it or replace it with a new one - limited to 1 replacement. The warranty covers mechanical defects and normal use - not cosmetic defects, abuse, or modifications made after purchase.

How to Claim Your Warranty:

1. Contact: If you experience any issues with your EZ FLATE product within the warranty period, please reach out to the customer support team.
2. Provide Proof of Purchase: Be prepared to provide your purchase receipt or order number to facilitate the warranty claim process.
3. Include visual of issue: Please include photos and/or videos of the issue you are experiencing so we can help troubleshoot and address any issues.

Please send the email to support@ezflate.com. Their team will review your claim and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

For Domestic warranty replacement items, shipping will be covered by EZ FLATE.

For International warranty replacements, customer is responsible for the replacement shipping cost and any associated duties/taxes. EZ Flate will always use the HTS code that gives the best chance of not charging duties/taxes for warranty replacement items, but cannot guarantee they will be free and and associated fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Special Note for Purchases Before March 2024:
