Jonathan Masso is a second-generation owner. He started his journey working in the Hose and Fittings industry at age 12, when the store opened. He attended the CSN Automotive program and has a wealth of knowledge in automotive technology. His passions are warm weather, extreme rock crawling, and off-roading!!! He’s passionate about warm weather because at age 34, he was diagnosed with reactive arthritis, and it was then that he discovered his first passion in life- warm weather! He has been a member of the Vegas 4 Wheelers Jeep community for the past five years and cannot express enough how obsessed he is with Jeeping. Throughout his expertise in rock crawling, he has learned that safety and having the right equipment is essential.

Jackie has been with All Hose since April 2024 with 5 years of experience streamlining operations and improving office efficiency. Jackie appreciates the beauty and luxury of life which includes being a Mother, doing makeup, and going shopping. Jackie enjoys collecting perfume and sometimes participates in food challenges.

Heather has been with All Hose since April 2018. Heather has over 25 years of parts and customer service experience with a passion to solve customer problems. Heather is an avid off-road enthusiast and enjoys helping others reach their off-roading dreams.

Daniel has been with All Hose since April of 2023 although he has over 25 years experience in customer service. Daniel enjoys helping solve customer problems. He also enjoys playing video games, watching anime, and riding longboard skateboards.

Quintin has been with All Hose since February 2016. He has 7 years of brazing and TIG welding experience (steel, stainless and aluminum). Quintin has 6 years of counter sales experience and enjoys playing hockey in his off time.

Geo has been in the fabricator and welding department with All Hose for the past four years. He is a Certified Diesel Mechanic, Stick Welder, Mig Welder, and Machinist. He joined us from California, where he worked as a Service Technician for a Crane company. He has ten years of experience in the welding industry.

Rob has been with All Hose since August 2024 and came to All Hose with 6 years of industry experience. Rob enjoys powerlifting and is a 2X national champion (2022 & 2023), ranked 18th in the world in the 90KG weight class, and 35th in the world in the 100KG weight class. Further, Rob has ranked 8th in the nation in both weight classes, holding 14 state records and 4 national records.

Ryan has been with All Hose since November 2023. Ryan has 20+ years professional experience with Law Enforcement and military. Ryan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Ryan enjoys fabricating and building cars in his free time, and is passionate in rock crawling.

Jose has been with All Hose for three years but is no stranger to the hose and fittings industry, with over 14 years industry experience. Jose specializes in TIG welding and brazing. In his spare time, Jose enjoys marathons and cycling.

Garret has been with All Hose since April 2024 but has over two years of fabrication and welding experience. Garret is certified in welding and specializes in MIG welding, TIG welding and brazing. Garret enjoys building and fabricating out of wood or metal in his spare time.

Sam has been with All Hose since April 2024. Sam graduated from the Las Vegas Institute of Welding in 2024, specializing in MIG welding. Born and raised in Hawaii. Sam was a professional chef before changing industries. Hobbies include cooking, baking, firearms, gardening, and solving complex puzzles.

Brandon has been with All Hose since May 2024. He has over 15 years of professional retail IT experience and has obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Networking. Brandon enjoys technology of all kinds while constantly studying new technologies and expanding his mindset. Outside of work, Brandon enjoys spending time with his family and serving the community.

Amber is a freelance courier who’s been in the game for nearly 20 years, solely in the Las Vegas Valley and surrounding areas. Learning the way of the Courier from her father upon moving to Vegas by road trip, she ultimately took control of the business in 2018. She’s been working alongside All Hose Vegas for right about 10 years now, cementing her as a longstanding member of the All Hose family.
